I used to be pretty good at writing DOS batch files to keep old exam scanning and scoring programs working. My father's mother was strong women's suffrage supporter in Des Moines and had a thank you letter from FDR's 1932 campaign. First Democratic causus I attended was when I was in high school in 1964.
