After several years of the end of "Mako Mermaids" the four original mermaids of "H2O: Just Add Water" return to Gold Coast to start from scratch, after several years their relationship has drifted apart but now their children will meet and start a new group. After a late night party on Mako Island the boys will fall into the cave where the moon pool is located, causing them to become just like their mothers.
