About rain

rain, falling down slow,
open air descends in drops,
dew gathers, lonely

In the desert, wandering, I came across a man, crouching, bestial. He held his heart in his hands, devouring it. I asked him "How is the taste, friend?" and he said, simply "Bitter... It is bitter, but I like it because it is bitter, and because it is my heart."
