About Scott McCue

I am an applied mathematician interested in asymptotics, complex analysis, moving boundary problems and nonlinear differential equations. I try to mix up methodology with applications to physics and biology.

In fluid mechanics, I study interfacial dynamics, water waves, instabilities, free-surface flows, thin film flows, droplet motion. I dabble in mathematical biology, collective cell motion, reaction diffusion models, random walks.

I have an amateur interest in differential geometry.
